My name is Kevin Cast.  I was born June 14th, 1974 in Effingham, Illinois.  I have been in the martial arts for about eleven years.  Part of that time I could only study off and on because I was still in school with no job and no money.  But in 1993 I was able to study the martial arts full time and have been doing so ever since.

The arts I have taken in the past are Tae Kwon Do and Soo Bahk Do (Tang-Soo-Do Moo Duk Kwon).

The arts I am still active in are Tae Kwon Do (under 7th Degree Black Belt Mickey Wittekiend), Kyusho Jitsu (Dillman Method on Pressure Point Fighting), Modern Arnis (under 5th Degree Black Belt Dustin Seale), and Boxing (under 7th Degree Black Belt Mickey Wittekiend).

However, I hold a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kyusho Jitsu and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, but with God's help all that will change in the years to come.
