Position Summary
Applicants must be detail oriented, highly motivated and able to multi-task and work in a fast paced, always changing environment. This multi-functional sales and service-oriented role is responsible for customer development and enabling MTCO customers to make informed choices, solve problems, and improve their entertainment and online experience. CSRs proactively promote all MTCO services by phone, email and in person by building loyalty, assessing needs and simplifying the decision-making process for our customers by presenting practical and technical solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities
Interact with customers by telephone, e-mail and mail in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services.
Recognize customer needs and potential sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Consult with customers to determine the best services for their needs ensuring the highest level of quality service is provided with a positive, courteous and patient demeanor to develop strong customer relationships.
Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing and services and troubleshoot basic service issues.
Demonstrate the ability to independently make sound decisions based upon policies, knowledge and experience.

Experience/Education Required
Entry Level; 1-2 years prior work experience in customer sales/service or technical position preferred
Associates degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
