New Billing System FAQ
When will I receive my first "new look" bill?
The first bill produced by the new billing system will be our
customer's Nov. 1, 2009 bill that will be received the end of
October/first of November.
How will the new billing system affect me?
The new billing system will supply you with a bill that will be easier
to read and provide more detailed information on your account. In
addition, you will receive one-bill convenience for all your MTCO
services such as Telephone, Internet, Paging, and any future MTCO service offerings.
Is MTCO offering any new payment options?
YES! Once you receive your November 1st bill MTCO will begin offering ONLINE BILL PAYMENT so that you can
view and pay your bill online. After November 2, 2009, just visit www.mtco.com and you'll need:
--1-- A copy of your latest invoice with Account number and Invoice number (located in the
upper right-hand corner of your new bill), and the amount due as they appear on your invoice.
--2-- Enter a unique username and password.
--3-- Follow the easy instructions to complete the setup.
Save a stamp each month and join MTCO as we continue to look for environmentally-
friendly options in our day-to-day operations.
What does the new bill look like?
The billing system is still a work in progress so the new bill layout is not complete, but we will soon have a sample
bill to view on our web site. Your first bill will include a detailed sample bill to help guide you through the new layout.

Will anything change since I currently pay with a Credit card or Automatic Bank Withdrawal?
Payment will continue as you currently have it setup and the monthly amount will now be charged/withdrawn on the
5th of each month. Please contact MTCO if you want to switch to our new Online Bill Payment option.
I have multiple services with MTCO (such as Internet and Phone service)?
You'll have the convenience of one bill with a combined total amount for both services. Please review your Nov. 1st bill
and e-mail or call MTCO to let us know of any adjustments we need to make to fit your individual billing needs.
