BOB LANE, JR. (James) We're always happy to have Bob back on the boards. Bob is our leading comic and has delighted audiences at the Barn for years. Last year, Bob was featured as Robert in Don't Dress for Dinner, as well as the reluctant cross dresser Leslie in Love, Sex and the IRS and as Senator Richard Willey in the hilarious Out of Order. We also have him lined up in 2006 in Everybody Loves Opal, Funny Money and Bedside Manners. Other favorite appearances by Bob include The Foreigner, Perfect Wedding, Caught in the Net, Rumors and Harvey.

MARY SIMON (Director/Honey) has been involved with the various Conklin theatres since 1969. She assumed ownership and directing responsibilities in 1995. Over the many seasons Mary mentions Smoke on the Mountain, Cemetery Club, I Do, I Do, Guys & Dolls, Rumors, The Foreigner, Perfect Wedding and Nunsense as personal favorites. She most recently re-mounted our production of the wonderful musical Chaps! and even substituted--as a leading man, no less--for a few performances! Last season, Mary appeared as Pamela in Out of Order, Vivian in Love, Sex and the IRS, as Mildred in Squabbles and as the ditzy Suzette in Don't Dress For Dinner. Mary is proud and happy to keep our founder's dream alive! "Don't play as if you've swallowed the metronome!"

DAN CHALLACOMBE (Draycott) Dan is always a welcome addition to any production here at the Barn! He's been busy this season already, reprising the role of Leslie in Chaps! to kick off the year. He will be seen in our next production, Everybody Loves Opal as well. Last season he was seen reprising his role in Forever Plaid along with an appearance in Squabbles, served as Musical Director for The Taffetas and appeared as the enigmatic Wong Chung in Out of Order. Dan and his wife (and Chaps! co-star) Tamra are expecting their third daughter soon.
