Every Thursday at 9 p.m., the Works is host to a smokin' jam session aided by Josh, Bob, Kathy, Darin, and Vince as Jonny Quest.

Open Stage Continues...

Josh , Bob , Vince , and Kathy are heading into their 8th year as hosts of a musicians' Open Stage in Peoria, Illinois - the longest running weekly Jam Session in Central Ill.

The Works has a rich history of live music. Bluesman Luther Allison once recorded a live LP there. Live tunes were a regular occurrence there in the 70's and 80's with bands such as NRBQ playing there.

Here's the latest news as of 1/20/05 :

The much-awaited NEW PICTURES are here!!

Living in the past? Do you miss the good old days? The old pictures can be found here!

The Works has increased the size of most of the $2 22oz domestic bottles. That's right, they are now a whopping 24 ounces.

AND..... if that weren't enough, Gary and the crew now offer 24 ounce imported bottles, including Becks, Corona, and Smirnoff Ice, for just $3!

Thank you all who come out each and every week! It would be impossible to list all of our close friends that we count on seeing each week, so we've had Katie taking LOTS AND LOTS pictures.

Feel free to share your suggestions for what you'd like to see more of - both here AND at the Works! Would you like to see the lineup posted each week? Set lists? Open Stage merchandise? Tell us!

Oh, and... while you're here PLEASE SIGN THE GUESTBOOK!! It'll mean a lot to us.

NEW WEBSITES!! From our buddies in the Good To Go Band (in which John plays drums) and Mid Life Crisis (featuring our own Kathy)

Josh is currently playing with the legendary Pink Flamingoes... but they don't have a website.

Join Us!! The last Open Stage of 2005 was amazing.... And 2006 is off to a rocking start!
