We are all part of a COMMUNITY OF LEARNERS. That is a group of people who work together with the goal that ALL members reach their full potential. This group encourages, assists, and applauds the successes of each member of the group. The success of one is also the success of the group as a whole.

In addition a COMMUNITY OF LEARNERS embraces the following truths:

Diversity creates dimension in our world.
We can all learn from each other.
Things turn out better when we all work together.
The 6 most important words are "I admit I made a          mistake."
The 5 most important words are " You did a good          job."
The 4 most important words are "What is your          opinion?"
The 3 most important words are "If you please."
The 2 most important words are "Thank you."
The least important word is "I."
