This form demonstrates scripting that creates three interactive features:

1. When the user clicks the Submit Order button, individual alert windows
    appear if required text fields for either first or last name are not filled in.

2. Color selection radio buttons change the widget picture appropriately.

3. When the user clicks the Check Order button, a new window appears
    with the user's name, color and number of widgets ordered.

Widget Order Form

Please enter your first and last name.

Please select your choice of widget color.

Green Blue

Please enter the number of widgets you would like to order.

You may check or submit your order when you are ready.
