If you are interested in the Chicago and North Western Railway, I would suggest that you consider joining the C&NW Historical Society or at least check out their web site. They publish a quarterly magazine called "Northwestern Lines" which is most excellent. There are many interesting articles on the history of the railroad. You can contact the Society at their web site at C&NW H S Web Site
Lyndon's M&StL/C&NW Website....Another
fine site about the CNW and M&StL

RAILSERVE....This site has links
to many other Railroad sites, but be aware that there are some commercial
advertisements.
The European Railway Server
This site has pictures, info, and some time tables of what looks to be all
of the railroads in Europe.
Other images of the C&NW may be found in the Union Pacific RR web
site....Union Pacific....Look in the
General Public section and then in History and Photo.
Under the Photo Gallery heading, there is an entry for the C&NW
under the Railroads Aquired Through Mergers heading. Many other interesting
things are also in this site along with a locomotive roster which has been
useful in my rail fanning.
