WOODFORD
The Woodford Courier serves primarily the communities of Germantown Hills, Metamora and Eureka, all located in Woodford County. All three communities are top notch, offering excellent schools and athletics. Germantown Hills has seen many new homes being constructed and is a very high family income. Metamora is home of the Metamora Redbirds. Metamora High School has produced many fine athletes throughout the years. Eureka is the county seat and is home to the Eureka Hornets high school also located in Eureka is Eureka College.This is former President Ronald Reagan's alma mater. Eureka offers many services to the community and a nice selection of unique shops that make a trip through Eureka a must. The Woodford Courier carries local news and advertising from the communities in which it serves.
