This acquisition reflects Conxxus’ continued commitment to expanding access to reliable fiber internet while supporting the growth and sustainability of the communities we serve.

During the transition, the offices in Metamora and Marseilles will remain open as the Conxxus and MTCO teams work together. As part of the integration process, we will continue evaluating how our facilities best support customers and employees over time.

While customers will now see Conxxus logos on uniforms, vehicles, and equipment, you should expect no immediate changes to service or billing and will receive updates as future enhancements are introduced.

As our teams come together, Conxxus and MTCO will thoughtfully evaluate operations and future opportunities to ensure a smooth transition and continued service excellence across the region.
