Will my bill go up because of these changes?
No. Your current pricing and service plan is not changing at this time. This update only affects how and where you send your payment — not what you pay.
Will my service be interrupted?
No interruption to your service will occur. These changes are related to billing processes only. Your internet, TV, and phone service will continue without interruption.
Office & In-Person Payments
Why can't I pay in person at the office anymore?
We are streamlining our billing operations to better serve you. We have several convenient payment options available — online, by phone, by mail, or through AutoPay — so you can pay in the way that works best for you.
I've always paid in person. What should I do now?
We understand this is a change, and we're happy to help you find the best alternative. Most customers find AutoPay or online payments to be the easiest transition. Our team can help you get set up during this visit or over the phone at 800-859-6826.
Payment Methods
I don't feel comfortable paying online. Are there other options?
Absolutely. You can pay by phone by calling 800-859-6826 and speaking with our Billing Team, or you can mail a check to our new address: PO Box 555, Sullivan, IL 61951.
I already sent a check to your old address. Will it be applied to my account?
If your check was mailed before June 1, 2026, it should be received and applied normally. For any payments sent after June 1st, please use the new address: PO Box 555, Sullivan, IL 61951. If you have concerns about a specific payment, please call us at 800-859-6826.

Letters & Notifications
I didn't receive a letter or email about this. What do I need to know?
No problem — here is a quick summary: effective June 1, 2026, all mailed payments must go to PO Box 555, Sullivan, IL 61951. Effective July 1, 2026, local offices will no longer accept in-person payments. Your service and pricing are not affected. I'm enrolled in AutoPay. Do I need to do anything?
No action is required. Your AutoPay enrollment will continue automatically, and your payments will be applied to your account without any interruption. You are all set.
