Remote Control Shortcuts

Press one of the four colored buttons on your remote control to quickly perform various functions:

RED
- Quickly check current local weather conditions. When viewing this forecast window, press the green button for 5-day forecast.*

GREEN
- View recent home phone calls and listen to voice mail messages...all while sitting in front of your TV! (if subscribed to MTCO CallerID & Voice Mail)

YELLOW
- Access MyApps. While in the Guide, you can also press the yellow button to perform a program title search to list all shows with the highlighted title.

BLUE
- While in the Guide, press the blue button to show only channels that you are currently subscribed to.

Press the Left Arrow button to display a search window where you can enter a program title to search for a program.
ON DEMAND

Instant access to ON DEMAND titles!


Press the ON DEMAND button on your remote control to browse folders to find a vast library of movies and TV shows.

PIN NUMBER - When ordering Pay-Per-View and Video-On-Demand you will be asked to enter your PIN number. The default PIN number is 0000. If you wish to change the PIN number please see the online Users Guide or call MTCO Tech Support.
QUICK CODE SEARCH
If your home entertainment device does not respond to the Potenza ST Universal Remote Control after trying all of the codes listed for your brand, or if your brand is not listed at all, try searching for your code. For example, to search for a code for your TV:
  1. Turn on the component you want to program. To program your TV, turn on the TV
  2. Press and hold the [
    TV
    OR
    STB
    ] key for 5 seconds until the Device LED will blink once and stays on. Continue to hold the [
    TV
    OR
    STB
    ] key and press the number key assigned to your brand in the Quick Setup Code Table and release both [
    TV
    OR
    STB
    ] key and the number key to save the code. The Device LED will blink twice to confirm that the code is stored.
  3. Point the remote control at the component
  4. Press the power button [
    TV
    OR
    OFF
    ]. If it turns off, it is programmed for your component. If it does not turn off, use the PreProgrammed 3-Digit code Method or Scanning Method.
Repeat the steps above for all components (CBL, TV).
