2. Incompatibility issues: Unsupported software may not work correctly with the MTCO systems or may not be compatible with modern standards, leading to functionality issues.
3. Customer experience: Offering support for unsupported software could lead to frustration for our users if issues cannot be resolved due to limitations imposed by the lack of developer support.

By focusing technical support efforts on mail clients that are actively supported by their developer, MTCO can help ensure the security, stability, and optimal performance of our services for users.
