Customer Sign-Up for SMS and/or E-mail Alerts in Relation to Data Plan
Please complete the form to enroll in alert message notifications by E-mail and SMS text message (optional). Allow up to 72 hours before alerts will be enabled on your account. Alert messages will be sent when you reach 80%, 90% and 100% of your data plan. If you choose to enroll an SMS text number and change your cell phone provider, you must re-enroll via our website or by calling MTCO Customer Service in order to continue receiving alert messages via text.
