MTCO is experiencing issues with DVR recording and playback; additionally, Restart and Pause Live TV are currently unavailable. Under normal circumstances, Restart TV allows MTCO customers to go back to the beginning of a show or pause a show that is already in progress.
MTCO is aware of the problem and is actively pursuing an immediate resolution.
